Use of Zestoretic with potassium-sparing diuretics may lead to significant increases in serum potassium. Zestoretic increases lithium toxicity, may influence when cholestyramine and gold injections are used for treatment of certain diseases.

Missed dose of Zestoretic
If you missed a Zestoretic dose take it as soon as you remember, but if it is almost time of your next intake just skip the missed dose. Do not try to compensate a missed dose by taking an extra one.

Zestoretic Overdose
If you suspect that you took too much of Zestoretic and experience nausea, weakness, dizziness, dry mouth, thirst, muscle pain or weakness seek for immediate medical attention.
